Power Cell is a Rare Level Crafting Material used in Crafting Recipes.

• Despite being a Crafting Material, Power Cells cannot be stored within your Material Storage.

Uses

Use Item

If a player has fully trained their Intermediate Item Study Ability, a Power Cell can be used from the players Inventory by clicking 'Use Item' from the Inventory Screen. Upon use, the player will receive the Radioactive Efficiency Buff, as well as have a chance to receive the Radiation Sensitivity Debuff.

Radioactive Efficiency - Warfare Points gain doubled except for when attacking NPCs in the Wasteland. Misc. Item XP gain is also doubled. (Lasts for 15 Minutes)

Radiation Sensitivity - Exposure gain doubled per minute for 10 minutes (Lasts for 10 Minutes)

• After use, there is a 6 hour cooldown before the player is able to use another Power Cell or Large Power Cell again to receive these buffs.
