The following items can be found in the hospital, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's. The Special items can be found at special times e.g. Easter, Christmas etc...

Hospital Items

Revival Kit

This item can be used once and will revive you and heal you for 20 health when injured. (Revives the player and gives +20 to health)

This item can be bought in the hospital for 8 credits, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's.

Antibiotics

This item can be used once and will heal you for 10 health, but cannot be used when injured. (Gives +10 to health)

This item can be bought in the hospital for 2 credits, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's.

Small Medicine

This item can be used once and will heal you for 20 health, but cannot be used when injured. (Gives +20 to health)

This item can be bought in the hospital for 4 credits, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's.

Large Medicine

This item can be used once and will heal you for 40 health, but cannot be used when injured. (Gives +40 to health)

This item can be bought in the hospital for 6 credits, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's.

First Aid Kit

This item can be used once and will heal you for 80 health, but cannot be used when injured. (Gives +80 to health)

This item can be bought in the hospital for 12 credits, in the market, or dropped by Hunting NPC's.

Field Hospital

Vicodin

This vicodin can be used to heal 120 health, but cannot be used when injured. (Gives +120 to health)

This item can be bought in the Field Hospital for 16 credits, (located in the Wastelands on certain maps, and in the market.

Hunting Drops

Cookie

This delicious snack is occasionally found on homeless people. (Gives +6 to health)

This item can be bought in the market and are only dropped by the Homeless People hunting NPC's.

Avatar Blood

Used by members of the Brotherhood of Blood to heal 160 health. (Gives +160 to health)

This item can be bought in the market, or dropped by the hunting NPC's you unlock by using the Chronicle of Blood

Special Event Items

Egg Basket

A basket full of chocolate-filled eggs, sold by Joe during Easter every year. (Gives +30 to health)

This item can be bought in the market, or in Joe's Merchandise during Easter.

Bag of Candy

A bag of candy to celebrate halloween, eating it all will restore some health but your dentist will hate you. (Gives +75 to health)

This item can be bought in the market, or in Joe's Merchandise during Halloween.

Cake

This large chocolate 1 year anniversary cake can be used to heal 160 health. (Give +160 to health)

This item can only be obtained by opening the gift package given out on the yearly anniversary of the creation of the game. It comes with no trades.

Other

Deeg Candy

This Item was in the Christmas calender of 2008. It came with no trades, sell back of 1c and heals for 2hp. (Gives +2 to health)

This item is no longer obtainable in Legacy.

Soylent Green

With expensive food prices, this cheap and mass-produced food source contains all the vitamins and nourishment the body needs to survive. (Gives +?? to health)
