You hear words in your head as you look around.

Observer cloak reward

This Raid Teaser was released on June 15th 2018, 6 months before Raids were officially released.
Completing the Raid unlocked the Observer Title as well as an Observer Cloak for your Character Design.
Matt770 was the first player to complete the teaser and was also rewarded with the unique title "The First Observer".
The map for this is a recolored version of the very first Wasteland map
Lore suggests that after completion of this raid - you as a player have become an Observer.
