The Holy Toothbrush comes from
Gangsterz 2 - Version 1. Back when staff were allowed to play the game and had quite normal profiles, the Holy Toothbrush was a special item
Zorg wielded. It did 0 damage and had 0 accuracy, so it was mostly for comic value. The toothbrush was later stolen by
Steve, before the game eventually shutdown. On Christmas 2008
Zorg put an
Advent Calender up and on the 13
th you got a ... TOOTHBRUSH!
This time it came with 1-2 damage and 1 accuracy. This also happened in 2009 too!
Dev
Later on in 2008 When Zorg let Avatars onto the Dev Server, He made The Holy Toothbrush into his own
Weapon. Here is a picture of the stats:

When the Spectral Items came into play he made the PHANTOM TOOTHBRUSH. This came with immunity to fatigue and very powerful stats
