Use Item
If a player has fully trained their Intermediate Item Study Ability, a Large Power Cell can be used from the players Inventory by clicking 'Use Item' from the Inventory Screen. Upon use, the player will receive the Radioactive Efficiency II or Radioactive Efficiency III Buff, as well as have a chance to receive the Radiation Sensitivity II Debuff.
- You cannot receive both Radioactive Efficiency II and Radioactive Efficiency III at the same time.
Radioactive Efficiency II - Warfare Points gain doubled except for when attacking NPCs in the Wasteland. Misc. Item XP gain is also doubled. (Lasts for 30 Minutes)
Radioactive Efficiency III - Warfare Points gain quadrupled except for when attacking NPCs in the Wasteland. Misc. Item XP gain is also quadrupled. The timer to enter the wasteland after dying is halved. (Lasts for 10 Minutes)
Radiation Sensitivity II - Exposure gain doubled per minute for 20 minutes (Lasts for 20 Minutes)
- After use, there is a 6 hour cooldown before the player is able to use another Power Cell or Large Power Cell again to receive these buffs.
