Your logic is stupid. Anybody can edit any page they like, and you can't stop them. That is all there is to it, whether you like it or not. Nobody has to clear anything with you before they edit your page. --[[User:Pie|Pie]] 18:34, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Whats with this only stuff? I said there were exceptions. Think of it as an autobiography if you wish to go by your meaning though. You know the best so are primary input. It does not necessarily stop others from putting in their piece, but is discouraged.

Editing

"This page is for legacy wiki, not global. I run both clan pages of Foxhound Unit, and Chocobo Riders. please do not touch."

Please refer to the page http://wiki.legacy-game.net/index.php/Legacy_Wiki:About And read the section "Legacy Wiki is not a repository of links, images, or media files". It clearly states that:

"All content added to Legacy Wiki may have to be edited mercilessly and redistributed at will. By submitting any content, you agree to release it for free use under the GNU FDL, or if it's stated explicitly, as Public Domain."

So I will edit whatever the hell I feel like editing.

Thanks

Thats why it says please

Its merely a deterrant to vandalism. It implies that unless they have at least some idea of the material, they stay away. It does not say they have to avoid it, just asks kindly. If you can't understand basic please and thank you, i fear for your mental stability.

You obviously can't remember what you typed. You're telling people not to touch it at all, which is completely stupid, as you can't stop people editing it if they want to. You didn't say "Please don't edit this page unless you have something constructive to add", you told them not to touch it at all. You shouldn't even have to say anything, as that's what's asked of everyone who uses the wiki, not just the people who edit those pages. think through your arguments first please. Thanks. --Pie 17:53, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Yet still, some people do continue to try to do so, as in the past I have had a problem or two. And next time, don't quote me on something then say it wasn't about that Aaron 17:57, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Are you retarded? I quoted exactly what you said, which was :

This page is for legacy wiki, not global. I run both clan pages of Foxhound Unit, and Chocobo Riders. please do not touch.

This implies that you don't want anyone or anything to touch your page, so I have no idea what you mean by "And next time, don't quote me on something then say it wasn't about that ". --Pie 18:13, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

To edit about something, usually (and i mean usually as in there are some exceptions)you have to know something about it. I am the leader of Foxhound Unit, and Acting Leader of Chocobo Riders. As far as I am concerned, there are no people who would be able to present more accurate information in their details. However, as there are such exceptions, I just kindly ask they don't, so they may rethink it, or possibly contact me to check if it will be valid still. Failing to see that through, puts the page into contention, and then it is the word of creator vs outside viewer.

So please, understand that it is merely a suggestion, and arguing against a suggestion so... objectively, is a waste of effort.

So by your logic, every page I make should only be edited by me, as I must be the one who knows the most about it as I made the page in the first place? I made the page, so I must know the most about it and nobody else can edit anything.

Your logic is stupid. Anybody can edit any page they like, and you can't stop them. That is all there is to it, whether you like it or not. Nobody has to clear anything with you before they edit your page. --Pie 18:34, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
