The Black Market is a special shop that sells crafting recipes. It is accessed by completing the associated quest.
Quest Instructions

| You may begin this quest by talking to a Drug Dealer, found in Hunting.
The next step brings you to Sector 3 where you click on the green orb between Joe's Merchandise and the Dark Alley. The guard of the black market will tell you someone needs to vouch for you. You must talk to Joe, found in his shop in Sector 3. (Note: Talking to the SNPC, Big Al, will give some special dialogue.) Joe will tell you to send a birthday card which he conveniently sells, to Luca Pascale with the message "La Bella Vita". Copy and paste these from the table below, as it is required to paste it in for the Luca Pascale name to break the usual 10 character limit

This shop also has a section of timed items, that rotate once a week on the Monday 3am tick.
