Once you have bought and used the Chronicle of Blood, you can go back to the Blind Seer and a new question will have appeared. In the Dark Alleyway in Sector 3 resides the Blind Seer, who answers questions related to Avatars, X-Corp, and Seraph, the Hive Lord. Although the Blind Seer is willing to answer questions about some of the least-known aspects of the game, his answers are often vague and uninformative, that is, until you talk to him after purchasing the Chronicle of Blood.
