Why: To replace the email appeal system

The Shurbbed Page was introduced in 2009 for testing, the first account ever to be in the shrubbed state was Scott's by Zorg. This whole system was to replace the email appeal system. This system is ONLY for accounts that are to be deleted, this is the last ban an account will get. Anyone who receives this "mark" on their account will be deleted automatically in 30 days without hesitation, within the 30 days people will still be able to login. The only pages accessible to shrubbed players is the Post Office. Even then they're limited in the amount of mails they can send and who to. The idea of the tree is because it's a symbol of a falling account
