Anyone not a member of one of the four Gangs (Blade of Dawn, Dark Flame, Outcasts, & The Chapter) is called a Rogue. Rogues have no allegiance and can attack anyone, but at the same time anyone can attack them. Also, Rogues don't gain access to any special items players in Gangs do. They also don't get EXP bonuses and cannot participate in Gang Warfare. They do get their own forum.
