Signature of the week (Sig of the week / SotW) is a competition in where members of the game create a signature with a selected theme/render selected for that week. To create a sig you will need either GIMP(Free) or photoshop(costs). Some people use paint but this isn't ideal.

To enter the competition you will find a thread titled SotW in the Games Forum. Go there for more details.

Rules

The Rules:

• You MUST use the render I select in your sig somehow, be creative.

• You MUST have your username and 'Sotw' in it somewhere.

• You MUST create the sig yourself and not get anyone else to create it for you.

• Obviously the sig MUST abide by the ToS and size restrictions of the game.

• You are allowed to discuss the entries in the sotw thread, but please don't just mindless spam with. 'Nice entry' or 'Cool'. Constructive criticism is always welcome

• You may enter only ONE Sig.

• You can have either Sotw or sig of the week, whichever looks best.

Anyone may enter, obviously if a staff member wins they can not receive the favour

Anyone who breaks the rules of the TOS will be disqualified from the week and a warning given. If this happens twice you will no longer be allowed to enter for any of the weeks.

The closing date will be will be displayed within the thread, where all entries will be open up to voting. The voting will then close on the following week where the new week will start.

When Macey found out people bought votes he changed the way the winner was picked to this: A panel of 3 judges will be assembled to vote for the sig they like best, we will discuss the pros and cons and come to a decision. The sigs will be entered like last time, as even through pm it wont make much difference plus the judges ill choose will be honest and trusted members.

To make it even more fair, each week 1 judge will rotate to a different person everytime.
