Summary
Metal Refineries are used to passively collect 5 units of metal from mines in the Wasteland, with the base power from a Gang Headquarters - only 2 can be active before additional power is needed.
- Metal Refineries can still be built without enough power to operate them. They will just remain inactive until power is available
- You can also deactivate Metal Refineries if you wish to allocate power to other buildings in the Structure Overview of the Gang Citadel
