Craft Transfer Split

Using this feature, you can split a crystal into 2 smaller crystals - one of which will be a tier lower than the other as a penalty. In the case of splitting a shard, however, you will get back 2 fragments every time at no cost. A perfect split with no penalty can be achieved through spending platinum.
