The Black Market is a special shop that sells crafting recipes. It is accessed by completing the associated quest.

Quest Instructions

You may begin this quest by talking to a Drug Dealer, found in Hunting.

Then you go to Sector 3 and click on the green orb in the background. The guard of the black market will tell you someone needs to vouch for you.

You must talk to Joe, found in his shop in Sector 3. Talking to the SNPC, Big Al, will give some special dialogue.

Joe will tell you to send a birthday card to Luca Pascale. (note: birthday card must contain the message "Happy Birthday"

Return to the green orb in Sector 3. Welcome to the Black Market!
