Tokens are a currency used to gamble and purchase items in the Hive Casino.
How to Obtain
Buy them - They cost 15 credits each. If you have the token boost active the price is reduced to 10 credits per token. You can purchase up to 500 tokens per transaction.
Prices was reduced on the 6th August 2009, due to a suggestion in the forums. They used to be 25c for non-subscribers and 20c for subscribed people!
At midnight each day, your tokens get renewed - This means that if you had lower than 50 tokens at midnight, you would be topped back up to 50 tokens. If you have the Silver Card, the amount becomes 75. If you have a Gold Card, the amount becomes 100. If you have the Platinum Card, the amount becomes 250.
- If you have any level of Staff Favor you will gain an additional 25 Tokens at midnight.
- If you have the Token Boost Buff purchased through Platinum, you will gain an additional 25 Tokens at midnight.
- If you have the Gambler's Delight Buff from using a Green Poppet, you will gain an additional 50 Tokens at midnight.
WIN! - If you win at any casino game you will get tokens back based on how many were used and what the payout is.
Quests - Completing the Daily Quest 'Earn a Boon' from Diego will reward 50 Tokens.
Casino Shop
You are able to purchase many items using Tokens at the Casino Shop.
Crystal Exchange
For Avatars specifically, Tokens have an additional use in Crafting top level Equipment and Crystals (Other materials are required in addition to the Tokens)

Top 10 Tokens
There are 2 Top 10 Token lists within the Hive. a Weekly one showing only the gains/losses of Tokens over the previous week - and a Top 10 Most Tokens list that shows which players have the Current Highest Amount of Tokens within the Hive.
- The Weekly Top 10 Tokens (If reached) will reward a Badge on your Profile as well as give you a permanent Banner viewable in the Honors section of you Player Profile. In addition to this, a Hall of Fame Top 10 list is kept HERE should you want to see the highest Weekly Tokens throughout Legacy's History!
- The Top 10 Most Tokens list provides no perks through Badges or Honors but can still be rewarding to see your name on!
