In the Dark Alleyway in Sector 3 resides the Blind Seer, who answers questions related to Avatars, X-Corp, and Seraph, the Hive Lord. Although the Blind Seer is willing to answer questions about some of the least-known aspects of the game, his answers are often vague and uninformative, that is, until you talk to him after purchasing the Chronicle of Blood. Once you have asked him all the questions he is useless. But still a good place to get help.

Once you have bought and used the Chronicle of Blood, you can go back to the Blind Seer and a new question will have appeared. Once you have asked this, you can go and hunt extra NPCs.
