You can refer to the note at the top as to how it was started and you'll see at the end that Zorg contributed here and there as well. If something new is introduced, then it's added. For example there's a particularly obvious paradox in 3.1 since wasteland waters can freeze besides the half-life not being short enough to leave the world re-inhabitable so soon.
