The Tool and Material Merchant is a shop found in the Crafter's Guild, located in the Hive Outskirts, run by Mikey. Here you can buy tools and materials that are used in crafting at the Shadow Forge. Tools purchased here come with 10 trades, and go down a trade each time they are used in a crafting job.
