 Council members and other ranks in the Gangs can dispense gang favour on a daily basis to those they feel deserve it.
 The suggestion has been made that rather than give just one member the favour, the favour could be split up among several gang members. Whether this is better than the current system is something that would require investigation. Admin have said, for the present that this would not be implemented.
