		+	The speed that a player gains abilities is based on their Learning Rate. This number can be found in the Character -> Information -> Character page.<br><br>

		+	There are several factors that can affect a players Learning Rate. The first of which, is how many Ability Points you currently have.<br>

		+	From 0 to 100,000, you get 30 base points.<br>
		+	From 100,001 to 200,000, you get 25 base points.<br>
